FAQs

Do you offer in-person and online consults?

Yes, you can choose what works best for you. I offer both face-to-face consultations in Bayside and online sessions for clients further away.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed, you can book directly.

Do you see babies and children in clinic?

Yes! While much of my work focuses on women’s health, I also have a special interest in children’s health and regularly support families in clinic. My approach with kids is gentle, safe, and tailored to their age and needs, whether it’s digestive health, skin concerns, sleep, immunity, or general wellbeing.

Can I claim consultations on private health insurance?

Some health funds are beginning to roll out cover for naturopathy again, but this varies between providers. It’s best to check directly with your fund for the most up-to-date information.

Is Naturopathy safe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Yes, naturopathy can be very supportive at these times. I always ensure that any herbs or supplements prescribed are safe and appropriate.

What if I’ve already seen other practitioners?

That’s completely fine. I often work alongside GPs, specialists, and other health professionals, and can help you integrate different approaches into a plan that makes sense for you. Collaborative care is really important to me when seeing my patients.
